Information collected
The consultation form stores your name, email, optional telephone number, selected practice area, meeting preference, optional preferred date, message and acknowledgment. The record also includes submission and update times.
Purpose and access
The information is used to review an inquiry and manage follow-up. In this local demo, requests are stored in the application database and are accessible to authorised administrators. The application does not send inquiry emails or use advertising analytics.
Cookies and external services
Essential session cookies support secure forms and administrator sign-in. The neighbourhood map link opens Google Maps, whose own privacy terms apply. No map is embedded and no location information is automatically sent by this page.
Retention and requests
The demonstration application does not automatically delete records. Administrators can permanently delete an inquiry through the admin area. Before launch, the real firm must establish a retention schedule, identify the responsible contact and explain how access, correction and deletion requests can be made.
Use non-confidential details
Do not provide identification documents, privileged information or sensitive personal details in the website form. Agree an appropriate document-sharing method with the firm after initial checks.
Before launch
This notice describes the demo implementation. The firm must replace it with a notice that accurately reflects its hosting, communication, retention and applicable obligations.
